All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During new drops or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard shipping: 7-14 business days after processing
Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped

Processing Time

Each order is carefully inspected and prepared before shipment. Please allow additional time during product launches, restocks, or holidays.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or external factors beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Judah Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
